B.HOM Student Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and deliver an outstanding resident experience. You will greet prospects, tour communities, and convert inquiries into leases with a high-energy, customer-focused approach.

You will manage inquiries, assist with online applications, and maintain leasing data with attention to accuracy, supporting community events and move-ins as part of a dynamic student-housing team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents, delivering an exceptional first impression.
• Conduct property tours of model units, available apartments, and amenities.
• Convert leads into leases through strong closing techniques.
• Respond to phone, email, and internet inquiries promptly.
• Assist prospects with the online application and leasing process.
• Maintain detailed and accurate prospect traffic and leasing data.
• Support resident events and community engagement initiatives.
• Prepare and audit lease files and documentation for accuracy.
