Qualifications

1–3 years of leasing or sales experience preferred.
Proven ability to meet and exceed leasing or sales goals.
Strong sales and closing skills, with a track record of high performance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
Availability on evenings and weekends may be necessary to meet leasing demand.

Responsibilities

Generate interest in available units by showcasing community features and benefits.
Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents.
Present value propositions and close leases.
Manage applications, screenings, and lease signings.
Collaborate with property management team to ensure curb appeal and resident experience.
Develop and implement innovative leasing and marketing strategies.
Assist with ads, listings, and social media to drive traffic.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity; suggest ideas to stay competitive.
Provide coverage and consistent leasing service.
