Landmark Properties is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Professional (Student) to market our community, guide prospects through the leasing process, and drive occupancy targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and teamwork, with duties including lead generation, tours, data entry in Entrata, social media promotion, and on-/off-campus outreach; evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year sales and marketing experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year residential leasing experience preferred.
• Locally mandated licenses/certifications strongly preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Leasing, Marketing & Resident Experience.
• Understand housing contracts and communicate details to prospects and residents.
• Close sales: generate leads, schedule tours, and enter data into PM software.
• Promote the community via social media and participate in marketing events.
• Unit assignments, tracking leasing data, metrics, and goals.
• Assist with email/text campaigns and maintain logs of activity.
• Support on-call rotation and after-hours lockouts.
• Participate in Turn related activities including move-ins/outs and unit readiness.
