Article Student Living is seeking a full-time Leasing Professional to join our on-site team. You will build relationships with residents, pursue leads, and close sales, while mentoring Community Assistants and collaborating with the Leasing & Marketing Manager to hit sales goals.

The role emphasizes social media and marketing efforts, customer service, and a collaborative culture with competitive pay and benefits. Training and support are highlighted as part of the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leasing or sales experience is helpful.
• Social media and digital marketing experience.
• Desire to work with residents and build relationships.
• A true team player eager to help grow the business.

Responsibilities

• Know all amenities and features of the property and how to compare them to the competition.
• Attend local events related to housing or marketing of the community.
• Provide ideas to the Leasing team for advertising/marketing tactics throughout the year.
• Accept application fees and security deposits from future residents and follow procedures.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the show unit(s), tour route, and leasing office.
• Assist property leadership with multiple projects.
