Job summary

Campus Apartments seeks an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to support day-to-day property operations, drive high occupancy, and provide exceptional resident service. You will assist with leasing, renewals, and applications while maintaining accurate availability and records.

The role includes marketing support and responding to resident concerns professionally. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), strong communication and customer service skills, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to maintain high occupancy and renewals.
• Process rental applications and coordinate with General Manager.
• Maintain accurate records of availability and leasing data.
• Support advertising/marketing efforts to position the property in the market.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly to uphold good relations.
