B.HOM Student Living in Tampa is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Manager to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for Halo 46 Apartments. You will lead leasing, craft marketing plans, and build university relationships to amplify campus engagement and local housing initiatives.

The role demands strong sales experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Onsite work with a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing/social media platforms.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to obtain any required state leasing license within the required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Lead all leasing activities including tours, sales calls, and closing efforts.
• Ensure leasing goals, occupancy targets, and revenue objectives are achieved.
• Maintain high standards for tour experience and sales execution.
• Ensure model units and tour paths are always show-ready.
• Develop and execute marketing plans on weekly, monthly, and annual horizons.
• Analyze market trends, university data, and competitive positioning.
• Coordinate outreach with campus events and housing fairs.
• Assist General Manager with hiring, training, and coaching leasing staff.
• Track leasing performance, traffic, and conversions; report findings.
• Review leasing files for accuracy and ensure policy compliance.
