B.HOM Student Living in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Manager to lead the community’s leasing and marketing strategy, drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. You will oversee leasing execution, marketing campaigns, and team performance to meet property goals.

Ideal candidates bring strong sales and leasing experience, outstanding communication, and leadership capabilities. The role requires weekend coverage and local market knowledge with a focus on student housing

Qualifications

• Strong sales and leasing experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing/social media platforms.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to obtain any required state leasing license within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Lead all leasing activities including tours, sales calls, and closing efforts.
• Meet leasing goals, occupancy targets, and revenue objectives.
• Maintain high standards for tour experience and sales execution.
• Ensure model units and tour paths are always show-ready.
• Develop and implement weekly, monthly, and annual marketing plans.
• Analyze market trends, university data, and competitive positioning.
• Coordinate outreach with campus events and housing fairs.
• Hire, train, and coach leasing team members; provide development feedback.
• Track leasing performance and prepare reports to inform decisions.
• Review leasing files for accuracy and compliance.
