Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking an onsite Leasing Manager to lead leasing and marketing for a student housing community. You will collaborate with the property manager to drive revenue, occupancy, and retention while guiding a team across events and campaigns that reflect the PeakMade brand.

You’ll manage leasing operations, digital execution on social platforms, and campus-focused marketing plans, with a focus on college student residents and seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing off campus student housing apartments.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous leadership role preferred.
• Some weekend and evening availability preferred.
• Communication skills that foster connection and belonging.
• Passion for helping college students find their next home.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead and develop leasing staff; assist in recruiting and onboarding.
• Provide excellent customer service as a Peak/community representative.
• Supervise lease-up events, renewal parties, resident programs.
• Give informative tours and anticipate customer needs.
• Lease and renew beds/apartments in person, by phone, or online.
• Assist with move-in/move-out events and deposits.
