Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking an onsite Leasing Manager to lead leasing and marketing for an off-campus student housing community. You will work with the property manager to align events and campaigns with the PeakMade brand and drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention.

You will hire and develop leasing staff, provide excellent customer service, and run lease-up events and resident programs. The role requires leadership, creativity, and strong communication while leveraging social

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing off campus student housing apartments.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Some weekend and evening availability preferred.
• Communication skills that foster connection and teamwork.
• A passion for helping college students find their next home.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead and develop full time and part time leasing staff; assist in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and development.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Peak and the community.
• Supervise lease up events, renewal parties, property events, competitions, and Resident Programs.
• Give informative property tours to potential prospects onsite and address needs before customers articulate them.
• Lease and renew beds/apartments in person, by phone or online; manage move-in/out events and deposits.
• Support digital execution: post on social channels, update profiles, create flyers and videos with Canva, and monitor online reputations.
