Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking an onsite Leasing Manager to lead leasing and marketing efforts for a student housing community. You will collaborate with the property manager to drive occupancy, revenue, and retention while executing PeakMade branding across events and campaigns.

You will hire and develop leasing staff, deliver excellent customer service, and lead lease-up events, tours, and move-in/move-out activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing off-campus student housing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Some weekend and evening availability preferred.
• Communication skills that foster connection and teamwork.
• Passion for helping college students find their next home.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead and develop leasing staff and participate in recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent PeakMade and the community.
• Plan and execute lease-up events, renewal parties, and resident programs.
• Give informative property tours and address customer needs proactively.
• Lease and renew units in person, on the phone, or online.
• Assist with move-in/out events and deposits as needed.
• Maintain an up-to-date social media presence and create marketing graphics.
• Manage online reputation on platforms like Reputation.com and JTurner.
