PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead onsite leasing and marketing for our student housing communities. You will collaborate with the property manager to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident engagement, while directing leasing staff and coordinating campaigns that reflect the PeakMade brand.

You’ll create value through on-site tours, events, and targeted marketing, using social media and CANVA-based visuals.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of leasing off campus student housing apartments.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Some weekend and evening availability preferred.
• Strong communication to foster connection and productivity.
• Passion for helping college students find their next home.

Aufgaben

• Hire, lead and develop full time and part time leasing staff; assist in recruiting and onboarding.
• Provide excellent customer service as a PeakMade representative.
• Plan and execute lease up events, renewal parties, and resident programs.
• Give informative property tours and address customer needs proactively.
• Lease and renew beds/apartments in person, by phone, or online.
• Support move-in/move-out events and deposits as needed.
