PeakMade Real Estate is seeking an onsite Leasing Manager in Reno, NV to lead leasing and marketing for our off-campus student housing communities. You will supervise leasing staff, coordinate events, tours, and resident programs, and work closely with the property manager to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing off-campus student housing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Some weekend and evening availability preferred.
• Communication skills that foster connection and teamwork.
• Passion for helping college students find their next home.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop full-time and part-time leasing staff.
• Provide excellent customer service as a Peak representative.
• Plan and execute lease-up events, renewal parties, and resident programs.
• Give informative property tours onsite and address customer needs.
• Lease and renew apartments via in-person, phone, or online.
• Assist with move-in/out events and deposits.
• Maintain property social media and digital content using Canva, Instagram, Facebook.
• Support development and execution of annual marketing plans.
• Increase property traffic and maintain occupancy targets.
