Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking an onsite Leasing Manager in Davis to lead leasing and marketing for off-campus student housing. You will work with the property manager to plan events and campaigns aligned with the PeakMade brand and drive occupancy and retention goals.

This role supports multiple property locations and requires leadership, creativity, and comfort with social media tools to promote communities and attract residents.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing off campus student housing apartments.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Some weekend and evening availability preferred.
• Communication skills that foster connection and belonging.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead and develop leasing staff; assist in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and development.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Peak in the community.
• Plan, prepare and implement lease-up events, renewal parties, property events, competitions, and resident programs.
• Give informative property tours to prospects onsite and address needs and concerns.
• Lease and renew apartments via in-person, phone or online.
• Assist with move-in/move-out events and deposits/fees.
