Job summary

Coastal Ridge Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Manager for The Commons at Knoxville, an off-campus student housing community in Knoxville, TN. You will lead leasing efforts, mentor the leasing team, and ensure an exceptional resident experience, reporting to the Property Manager.

Responsibilities include managing leads in Entrata, conducting tours, guiding applicants through the lease process, and supporting renewal efforts while tracking market trends and maintaining property showrooms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven leasing and sales experience; multifamily or student housing preferred.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Entrata, OneSite, or RealPage preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering).
• Willingness to obtain licenses/certifications required by state/local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and drive all leasing activities with accuracy, timeliness and effectiveness.
• Enter and manage leads in Entrata, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Welcome prospects, conduct tours highlighting key features, and close leases.
• Guide applicants through the application and lease process in accordance with screening procedures.
• Monitor and participate in resident renewal efforts and maintain appealing showspaces.
• Assist in weekly/monthly reports and coordinate marketing initiatives and resident events.
