Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance is preferred.
• Demonstrate a positive, professional and enthusiastic attitude at all times.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to ensure full lease-up and high occupancy levels.
• Approve, enter and present rental applications to the General Manager.
• Investigate and respond to concerns/complaints from residents.
• Assist in the preparation of weekly performance reports.
• Maintain courteous communication with residents and vendors.
