Qualifications

• Strong computer literacy and quick learner of new systems.
• Familiarity with Entrata, OneSite or RealPage software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, give tours, and close leases while addressing objections.
• Manage inquiries via phone, email, or in person within 24 hours.
• Support marketing initiatives and resident event planning.
• Maintain accurate lead and lease records and follow up effectively.
