The role involves handling inquiries promptly, maintaining accurate lead data, and participating in community marketing and resident events to support the property’s success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain licenses and certifications per state requirements.
• Previous leasing and sales experience preferred; multifamily or student housing is a plus.
• Proficiency with property management software such as Entrata, OneSite, or RealPage; Excel skills are a plus.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to leasing targets and team goals.
• Greet, engage, and build rapport with prospective residents and create positive first impressions.
• Provide tours that highlight property features and tailor to prospect needs.
• Close leases by addressing objections and securing commitments.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in person within 24 hours.
• Enter and maintain lead information in Entrata and follow up with prospects.
• Guide applicants through the application process and lease execution.
