Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or retail preferred.
• Current enrollment at local university highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service with residents and prospects.
• Conduct property and unit tours, present leasing options, answer questions about features.
• Maintain tour paths, model unit, and amenity spaces for vistors.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects via phone, text, and email.
• Drive leasing traffic through on-campus outreach and peer networking.
• Assist in resident events, move-ins, and turnover procedures.
• Open/close the office and model unit following property standards.
• Work nights and weekends during turnover periods.
