Tailwind Group, Inc. is seeking a Community Assistant to provide high-quality customer service to residents and support office staff. This part-time position is not to exceed 29.5 hours per week with rotating nights and weekends, and onsite presence.

The compensation ranges from $12.00 to $14.00 per hour with bonus potential. The role includes responding to leasing inquiries, conducting tours, assisting with turnover, and handling front desk duties as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to residents, prospects, and visitors.
• Assist with marketing efforts on campus and in the community, and at events.
• Respond to leasing inquiries, schedule tours, and follow up with potential residents.
• Assist with annual turnover and move-in/move-out procedures.
• Complete front desk tasks and documentation; ensure accurate file records.
• Assist in collecting fees per company policy.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Perform other duties as directed by Property Manager.
