Job summary

Tailwind Group is seeking a part-time Community Assistant for The Landing Lawrence in Lawrence, Kansas. You will be the first contact for prospective residents, conduct tours, and support leasing goals while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role requires a minimum 12-hour shift window per week, with nights and weekends as needed. On-site position with commission potential and a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service, sales, or retail experience preferred.
• Current enrollment at the local university and resident status highly preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Entrata preferred.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to work extended hours during turnover, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leases and renewals through peer engagement.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Conduct property tours and act as first contact for inquiries.
• Maintain curb appeal and assist with day-to-day operations.
• Assist with turnover, move-ins, and resident events.
• Work a variable schedule including nights and weekends.
