Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with property management software (Entrata).

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing, scheduling and development across the community.
• Oversee leasing, marketing and resident relations to hit occupancy targets.
• Manage budgeting, expenses and NOI to ensure financial performance.
• Ensure property standards, inspections and maintenance are up to standard.
• Coordinate unit turns and campus partnerships for events and programs.
