Job summary

Up Campus Management seeks a General Manager for Nova Tallahassee, a purpose-built student housing community in Tallahassee, FL. You will lead leasing, operations, and marketing, acting as the primary campus ambassador and owner of resident experience.

You will oversee a high-performing onsite team, drive occupancy performance, and strengthen the property’s market presence while ensuring operational excellence and strong team culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in student housing property management, leasing, or operations.
• Experience leading onsite teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the Tallahassee student housing market, competitors, and local partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing strategy to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Direct day-to-day operations and resident experience with a focus on brand execution.
• Coach and develop onsite team to deliver high performance and service.
• Partner with marketing and ownership to drive occupancy and community presence.
