Job summary

CLS Living is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead one of our student housing communities. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive occupancy, manage a mid-size team, and deliver best-in-class service to residents and partners.

You should bring 2–5 years in student/multifamily housing or a relevant degree, plus proficiency with Entrata and Microsoft Office. We offer a Tampa, growth-oriented workplace with a culture that values individuality and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2–5 years in student or multifamily housing.
• Proficient in Entrata and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of market-rate programs, Fair Housing and EEO laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, maintenance, customer service, and vendor management.
• Lead staff development and ensure compliance with laws.
• Develop annual marketing plans and achieve leasing goals.
• Maintain occupancy ≥99% and collections ≥98% of potential income.
