Job summary

CLS Living in Ruston, LA is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead a student housing community. You will oversee day-to-day operations, develop staff, manage budgets, and drive resident satisfaction while maintaining occupancy and NOI targets.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree or 2–5 years of experience in student/multi-family housing, strong Microsoft Office and Entrata skills, and a talent for mentoring teams and building partnerships with campus partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2–5 years of experience in student/multifamily housing, or equivalent.
• Proficient in Entrata and Microsoft Office Suite; strong budgeting skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, EEO laws, and campus partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team aligned with CLS Living culture.
• Oversee leasing, maintenance, customer service, and vendor management.
• Manage budgets, reports, and variance analysis to protect NOI.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to hit leasing goals.
• Foster campus partnerships and resident events.
