CLS Living is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead a student housing community, overseeing day-to-day operations, team development, financial performance, and strategic planning. You will work closely with campus partners to deliver best-in-class service to residents and enhance the market position of the property.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in student or multifamily housing preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; Entrata experience a plus.
• Familiar with market rate, LIHTC, Fair Housing and EEO laws.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team aligned with CLS Living values.
• Oversee daily operations: leasing, maintenance, customer service, and vendor management.
• Drive financial performance: budgeting, cost control, NOI optimization.
• Lead marketing plans, leasing goals, and resident engagement initiatives.
