Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in student or multifamily housing, or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Entrata software.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team and foster a positive, professional environment.
• Oversee daily operations: leasing, maintenance, customer service, and vendor management.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and NOI optimization.
