Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled as a student at Indiana University.

Responsibilities

• Greets and directs patrons at events.
• Creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Monitors guest ingress and egress, seats guests, and resolves minor concerns.
• Assists with crowd management and line control.
• Ensures safe and memorable guest experiences.
• Assists guests with complaints or concerns; escalates to supervisor when necessary.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
