Job summary

The role involves receiving and reviewing accounts receivable documents, inputting data, processing donations, and ensuring allocations and donor intent are accurate.

You will help verify compliance with Foundation policy, university guidelines, and IRS regulations, maintain an organized workspace, and contribute to fundraising and constituent engagement efforts.

Qualifications

• Current UNR student in good academic standing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and verify accounts receivable documents.
• Perform data input and process donations, ensuring allocations & donor intent are accurate and prepare receipts.
• Verify compliance with Foundation policy, University’s UAM, CASE Global Standards and IRS regulations.
• Performs all duties in a timely manner with 95% accuracy.
• Assist in maintaining an organized work environment.
