Job summary

University of Nevada, Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant Director for Fund Management and Reporting in Financial Aid. The role monitors and reconciles accounts across PeopleSoft, Workday, G5 and COD, ensuring proper disbursement of scholarships and transfers.

You will prepare annual and ad hoc reports, support audit processes, and collaborate with DFAS, AVPEM, and other offices to optimize funding utilization for student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution is required.
• 3–5 years of related professional experience.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• 1–3 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile financial aid accounts across systems (PeopleSoft, Workday, COD, G5).
• Prepare regular reports guiding DFAS and AVPEM on trends and issues with accounts.
• Assist in audit preparation and return of funds as needed.
• Finalize and close fiscal year accounts, and respond to fund-related data requests.
