Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be an excellent communicator within an academic environment with the ability to instruct, supervise, and clearly explain ticketing and front of house information and procedures to diverse audiences.
• Excellent customer service skills and proven ability to develop and sustain productive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide Front of House (FOH) assistance for MULLEN CENTER performances and events.
• Maintain knowledge of and positive relationship with University and patrons.
• Assist patron complaints or inquiries.
