Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in arts, business, or a related field plus three years of administrative/clerical experience within an office environment, or
• High School diploma/GED plus seven years of administrative/clerical experience within an office environment required.

Responsibilities

• Opens, closes, and reconciles the cashiering office daily in the SIS.
• Posts student payments and accurately processes cash receipts to be delivered to the Treasurer's Office.
• Reconciles online credit card payments, including enrollment deposits, tuition payments, and application fees daily.
• Monitors the IDT account and posts transactions in a timely manner.
• Answers phone, manages the filing system, sorts, processes, and logs mail, scans paid-in-full documents, and responds to emails.
• Runs reports for month-end reconciliations.
• Daily reviews the BankMobile and Transact reports to resolve issues with stale-dated checks, refund issues, credit card payments, payment plans, etc.
• Assists with special projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
