• Bachelor's degree required in business, public policy, or related field.
• 2 years in student services, higher education, business, or related field.
• Experience with complex data and records in a team environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for students regarding financial aid and scholarships.
• Oversee outreach, reporting, and monitoring of aid/scholarship activities; update student records.
• Prepare and present information on federal aid, scholarships, employment and grants to campus groups.
• Evaluate unusual documentation and adjust costs/need/eligibility as exceptions.
• Analyze system reports to verify eligibility and notify students of changes.
• May hire, train, and supervise student employees.
• Provide guidance to other financial aid specialists; suggest process improvements.
