Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of financial aid for new and returning students.
Determine eligibility and awarding federal, state and institutional funds in compliance with regulations and audit requirements.
Advise students and parents in relation to payment plan options.
Provide customer service related to processing and packaging, including answering routine questions and counseling students.
Assist with University orientation events and Royal Registration activities, including financial aid presentations.
Work closely with other university departments to support recruitment and retention efforts.
Other duties as needed.
