Responsibilities

• Package and process financial aid for students.
• Advise students/parents on financial aid packages and related processes.
• Assist Student Accounts in managing accounts receivable to reduce delinquent balances.
• Call students missing information to expedite processing of financial aid.
• Assist in special projects requested by OFA leadership.
• Complete other counselors’ tasks during absences.
