Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations in awarding financial aid.
• Respond to emails/voicemail within 1 business day.
• Advise students and families on financial aid programs and payment plans.
• Determine eligibility and award aid per policies.
• Facilitate scholarship processing from SEU and external sources.
• Notify students about offers and changes in eligibility.
• Communicate student account balances and aid status.
• Advise on payment plan options, costs, deadlines.
• Provide excellent customer service and learn relevant systems.
