Covista is seeking a Student Finance Systems Programmer/Developer in Minnesota to deliver system, reporting and analytics solutions. You will translate business requirements for finance IT, develop enhancements, and collaborate across teams to optimize processes.

The role emphasizes maintaining data standards, supporting UAT, and working with vendors while aligning with Covista's strategic goals in higher education technology.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years IT/software development business analysis experience.
• Proficiency in SQL writing/coding and GCP usage.
• Strong experience with .NET desktop apps (WinForms/WPF) in C# and VB.NET, against SQL Server.
• Experience with higher education or education tech is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, RightNow) and SDLC concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Act as IT liaison to the business and translate requirements into technical specs.
• Develop requirements and specifications for app enhancements.
• Collaborate on defining, developing, and implementing new software applications.
• Maintain user documentation and assist with UAT planning and results.
• Ensure data standards and reporting align with business goals.
• Support external vendors and internal users through SDLC gates.
