Job summary
Covista seeks a Student Systems Finance Developer/ Programmer to deliver system, reporting, and analytics solutions. The role partners with IT and business teams to optimize processes, translate requirements into scalable applications, and support SDLC governance. Hybrid work schedule with in-office days four per week.
The ideal candidate has a CS degree, 2+ years in IT/software development or analysis, and strong .NET/SQL experience. Healthcare education context is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years IT/software development/business analysis experience.
- SQL writing/coding and GCP usage.
- Strong experience modifying and supporting custom .NET desktop applications (WinForms and WPF) built with C# and VB.NET, including SQL Server.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce.com, RightNow) and SDLC knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains system, reporting and analytics solutions.
- Translates business requirements into technical specifications.
- Collaborates with business units and external vendors on projects.
- Ensures documentation and testing are completed per SDLC gates.
- Supports data standards and reporting initiatives across units.
