Responsibilities

• Special Projects – Process Design & System Implementation / Upgrade (50%): This comprises activities/projects that could be considered one off or possibly cyclical. Examples of this are: Application Upgrade and Planning, Critical Systems and Infrastructure Patching - Vendor, Fiscal Year End Processing and System Configuration.
• Related Business Process Software Implementation Production Support (25%): Provide technical and functional support to resolve system-related challenges including troubleshooting user issues, monitoring batch processes, and supporting FinOps operations to ensure system stability and performance.
• Analysis, Functional Design (15%): Analyze and resolve issues that may require application development or a significant amount of research. Functional design documents are written to specify the needed development or process change.
• Development Life Cycle SDLC Management (10%): Development and testing of finance analytical reports. Testing efforts associated with application development and or system maintenance. System Test and Regression Testing on a monthly release cycle.
