Job summary

Covista is seeking an Account Management/Student Finance Advisor to support student success through proactive account assessment and financial guidance. The role manages a portfolio of about 850-950 students across undergraduate and graduate programs and reports to the Account Management Manager in a collaborative contact center environment.

Responsibilities include developing individualized financial plans, advising on policies and regulations, and improving processes with cross-department

• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure project completion.
• Self-motivated and willing to take ownership of, and quickly resolve, complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes each student’s situation to develop and implement an individualized financial plan.
• Collaborates with other departments to deliver an optimal student experience.
• Explains policies, Title IV and state regulations to students clearly and effectively.
• Advises students to make informed financial decisions.
• Manages escalated student concerns and resolves issues in a timely manner.
• Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and participates in new rollouts.
• Attends meetings and contributes to organizational committees.
• Acts as subject matter expert on Title IV programs and related policies.
