Job summary

Covista is seeking a Student Finance Operations specialist to support processing of TIV aid and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders. This role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and risk awareness in a hybrid in-office setting.

The candidate should have 2+ years in student accounts or financial aid, strong math and analytical skills, and solid Excel/Office proficiency. Customer service excellence and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process student finance tasks according to procedures.
• Apply Title IV regulations with minimal guidance.
• Run and process reports to track outstanding students.
• Communicate student/account information with stakeholders.
• Prepare daily and weekly production reports and meet SLAs.
• Manage multiple tasks with timeliness and quality.
• Identify operational and compliance risks.
• Perform other duties and comply with policies.
