Job summary

Covista is seeking a Student Finance Advisor to assist in student success through proactive account assessment and finance advising. You will manage a portfolio of 850–950 students, guiding them to make informed financial decisions.

This role reports to the Account Management Manager in a collaborative, CARE-driven environment. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and familiarity with Title IV regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or comparable work experience required.
• Experience in Higher Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze each student's situation to develop individualized financial plans.
• Collaborate with departments to deliver an optimal student experience.
• Provide accurate student finance advice per policies and regulations.
• Manage escalated student concerns with timely follow-up.
• Identify improvements to processes and participate in new rollouts.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Title IV programs and policies.
