Covista, America's largest healthcare educator, is seeking a Manager, Student Finance in Lisle, IL to lead a student finance team and optimize services for academic partners and students. The role focuses on accuracy, timeliness, and policy compliance within a contact-center environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree with 4+ years in a service-focused setting, strong budgeting and financial aid knowledge, and excellent leadership and communication skills to

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required or Master's Degree required.
4 years of combined professional experience required.
Experience in a service oriented industry and environment required.
Experience in budget preparation, financial modeling and accounting management required.
Must have knowledge of federal and state financial aid rules and regulations.
PC skills in Microsoft Office and financial aid software.
Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

Directs and manages a Student Finance team and provides leadership to improve partner services.
Ensures accurate, timely service delivery and advisement to students/partners.
Staffing, hiring decisions and role clarity within the department.
