Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years of customer service or related experience required.
• 1 year of experience in Higher Education preferred.
• Experience with Student Financial Aid software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist new student intake with admissions questions and cost explanations.
• Create and confirm accurate financial plans and timelines for funding education.
• Maintain student satisfaction through inbound/outbound communications.
• Review and adjust financial plans throughout the student lifecycle.
• Use data to enroll, persist, and graduation information accurately.
• Document all interactions in institutional systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve advising processes and student self-service tools.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless student experience.
