Qualifications

• Entry level role; prior customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Title IV or financial aid regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist student success through proactive account assessment and student finance advising.
• Manage a portfolio of students to ensure they have guidance to make informed financial decisions.
