Job summary

Covista, America’s largest healthcare educator, seeks a student finance operations associate to support TIV aid processing and internal/external customer service. You will run reports, track outstanding students, and promote student success through accurate, timely processing.

This role requires strong Excel/database skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Covista offers a hybrid schedule with four in-office days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• 2 years experience in student accounts and/or financial aid preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and integrity.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
• Team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Completes student finance processing according to procedures.
• Applies Title IV knowledge with minimal guidance.
• Runs reports to identify and follow up on outstanding students.
• Communicates student/account information with stakeholders.
• Delivers daily/weekly production reports and meets deadlines/SLAs.
• Manages multiple tasks with accuracy and quality.
• Identifies operational and compliance risks.
• Performs other duties and complies with policies.
