Covista, America's largest healthcare educator, is hiring a Manager, Student Finance. You will oversee student finance operations, ensure service quality, and lead a team to support academic partners and students.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and knowledge of federal/state financial aid rules. You’ll manage staffing, training, and performance, while driving process improvements and fostering a CARE-based culture aligned with Covista's mission to expand healthcare education

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of professional experience, with prior people management.
• Experience in budgeting, financial modeling and accounting management.
• Knowledge of federal and state financial aid rules and regulations.
• Customer service mindset with strong communication and leadership.
• Experience in Student Finance and ability to present to senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Directs and manages a Student Finance team to improve partner services.
• Promotes integrity, accuracy and timeliness in service delivery.
• Staffing: interviewing, hiring decisions, role clarity.
• Evaluate processes and advise management on improvements.
• Provide tracking, reporting and assessment of activities.
• Develop colleagues and functional areas for customer service initiatives.
• Develop schedules ensuring effective coverage and service levels.
• May assist with staffing and budget plans within constraints.
• Counsel escalated concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Stay updated on policies and regulations applicable to students.
