Job summary

Santa Fe College is seeking an Educational Aide to welcome students at the Student Engagement Center, answer inquiries, and connect them with campus resources. The role requires maintaining confidentiality, adhering to FERPA and college policies, and providing service excellence to students and staff.

Eligibility includes current enrollment with at least six credit hours and a minimum 2.5 GPA. Hours are generally 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with potential evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Enrollment as Santa Fe College student with six or more credit hours.
• Background check will be conducted; maintain minimum 2.5 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Greet, respond to, and direct students in the Engagement Center; provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer and route phone calls regarding activities and operations; provide information.
• Connect students with campus opportunities and resources.
• Support Center activities, monitor equipment, and enforce rules and policies.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of records per FERPA and regulations.
• Provide courteous, professional service and engage with students and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
