Qualifications

• A criminal background check will be conducted.
• Maintain a 2.5 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors in person and over the phone and direct them appropriately.
• Answer and route telephone calls concerning office activities and operations.
• Inform students of CEC services and suggest relevant offerings.
• Distribute mail and office supplies; operate and maintain copier/printer.
• Assist Coordinator in researching answers to guest questions.
• Assist Coordinator in creating and producing materials.
• Attend class meetings/presentations and other outreach activities.
