Qualifications

• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven ability to prospect and engage leads on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident and persuasive phone presence.
• Customer-focused with curiosity and active listening.
• Self-driven, ambitious and entrepreneurial.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, engage, and qualify postgraduate candidates across the US and Canada.
• Use LinkedIn and Generative AI to initiate contact and move conversations to meetings.
• Organize and promote events, fairs, and 1-to-1 sessions, including weekends.
• Provide expert guidance through calls, video, and in-person meetings guiding enrollment.
• Build relationships and support applicants through the admissions process.
• Assist with financing navigation and connect candidates to internal resources.
• Identify trends to optimize outreach and generate referrals.
