University Dining at UW-Stevens Point is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to verify student payroll, maintain records, and support payroll/human resources for student staff. The role requires high confidentiality and close collaboration with student leadership and supervisors.
The position involves onboarding, payroll processing in Workday and PeopleSoft, and ensuring accurate timekeeping and policy adherence.

The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for verifying the student payroll for all University Dining student employees and is responsible for initiating and maintaining all payroll and personnel records for those student employees. This position requires a high degree of confidentiality and accuracy. The University Dining Payroll Coordinator works directly with full-time and student staff supervisors on payroll/human resource matters.
